Collaboration especially in work from home / hybrid environment; fragmented storage locations; complicated remote access; single sign on to 3rd party applications; synchronization challenges. All in a diverse workforce between information and non-information employees with different level of digital skillset.

The Solution

Google Workspace has provided solutions across all challenges identified. Implementation plan followed stage based approach with pilot group and dual delivery between legacy email and Gmail.
