The Challenge

Power-hash and Toki were working in decentralized environments which was creating inconsistency in administration, security policies and access management.

The Solution

Power-hash environment setup has been re-created and incorporated with Toki's Google Workspace. Solution replicated file structure, permissions, users, operational units. Cloud Office team utilized domain wide take out as a first step and then migrated the data into
the recreated power-hash organizational structure. Entire project has
been executed with 0 down time.

Cloud Office team worked in a close collaboration with Toki and Power-Hash teams to successfully plan and execute Google Workspace migration of Power-Hash and incorporate the organization within Toki's existing environment.
