The Solution

Cloud Office facilitated ASP’s seamless transition to Google Workspace. Our team meticulously planned and executed the migration, ensuring zero data loss and maintaining robust email security throughout the process. This included establishing all user accounts within Google Workspace, mirroring the existing structure, and transferring all email data with precision to avoid any disruption to ongoing communication.  To further enhance email security and prevent delivery disruptions, we implemented SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols. A secondary delta migration was performed to capture any emails missed during the initial transfer, guaranteeing a complete transition.  

Finally, we are providing ASP with continued monthly support to optimise their Google Workspace environment and address any emerging needs.
