The Challenge

AMCO used an old unstable source, presenting migration failures and straining the work process. Cloud Office team had to make sure that all data was transferred successfully. Furthermore, Cloud Office also had to make sure AMCO’s teams were leveraging the new collaboration features available in the cloud environment.

This includes meticulously recreating the existing organisational structure, including user accounts, groups, and group management settings. To ensure a smooth transition the team prepared a custom administrator onboarding and user guidelines.
